Pouring rain today. When will it ever stop? (I like it, but the list of things that need doing outside [and are easier done when it's dry] is growing.) I'm having trouble adapting to my new work/school schedule. Slept way too long last night and woke up depressed because of it, then realized I no longer had time to work out and was even more depressed. Later, found out someone I know is having terrible, painful gynecological problems and will need major surgery. Wasted time driving to my insurance agent's office only to find that they were inexplicably closed (in the middle of a weekday?!?). Then heard "Space Oddity" on the radio, which made things feel a little better for a few minutes... that song and "Under the Milky Way" are so appropriate for driving slowly in the rain.
