Ennui/Emptiness/Decisions

Tanja's journal entry made me think....

For many years I think I've felt more or less the same way. I've spent the last 10-15 years kind of drifting through life. I feel pretty happy but then I think:

- I've never had a steady relationship
- I haven't started a family
- I've always said I'd move back to California eventually but I've made no serious plans yet
- my parents are healthy but getting older
- I'd like to spend more time with my parents

I've found that if you don't make a decision, time has a way of making them for you. Hmmm...something to think about...
