Happy Chinese New Years!
Last Saturday I went up to the Victoria & Albert museum to see some of the exhibits they had for chinese new years. There was a demo of hand puppet theatre which was a little hard to follow. A chef did a demo of noodle making by hand. No pasta machines! It was all done by twisting, stretching and judicious use of flour! I've got some pictures which I'll post later....
Didn't go to the Leicester Square parade on Sunday...just wasn't in the mood I guess.
