First day of holidays....w00t.
Most likely going to head down the coast quite a bit, as theres not too much to do up here. Have to finish dumb christmas shopping.
Already work has annoyed me with phonecalls, giving customers my mobile number, how fucking annoying, LEAVE ME ALONE, this is like my second week off is 6 years!!!!!!!!
Anyways, see u all soon

It was great to see you last night. Thanks so much for everything. I'm so excited about the New Year. biggrin

I hope everyone had a great time last night. I managed to make it back to Brissy in record time and found my way to the motorway really easily. Thanks for the directions!

I can't believe it is Christmas Eve. I guess I had better wrap the gift that we have purchased for family members.... I love wrapping gifts!

I love sushi, it is my favourite food, but not just any old sushi, only the one from the local sushi place that makes it all out of the finest ingredients.
My favourite is the tuna and avacoado. It is really good
followed by teryaki chicken.
Sushi train is pretty good too but its further away,
Sushi i dont like: from Go Sushi, it is...

I do like this entry. Although I won't be giving it the coveted "This journal entry delivers" response. I would, except for the fact that as short as it is there are no pictures. And no real rants, just a few simple facts. Simple facts are great, but they're much more entertaining when you go off on a rant about them. I think I demonstrate this rather well in this entry here. (I consider that one to be one of my most awesome journal entries ever, by the way)

Final thoughts: I like this entry. Not groundbreakingly awesome, but it's still a nice entry. biggrin

before u have that one more drink
before u step on the accelerator
before u swallow that pill

think about how precious life is
how fragile life is
dont encourage death
death is always lingering
waiting to take us at our most vulnarable moment

thiink about those u could possible leave behind
is it fair to put them through this trauma

wise words as the stupid season is upon us... there are still too many people with the she'll be right attitude to drink driving. mad
bepps:
I agree whole heartedly with the first and last paragraphs and feel very strongly about it. Drunk driving is not something to be taken lightly. People can and do die wayyyy too often from it. Innocent people who shouldn't have to. When they do it's a horrible horrible catastropy and I have no respect for anyone who puts others lives in jepoardy just for a thrill (or for any reason, really.)

The middle of it though, having just come back from riding motocross in the desert myself, were the middle to be taken out of context of the drunk driving aspect, that I'd have to disagree on. I live a dangerous life and love doing it and love being around those whos philosiphy is "Everyone dies. Few ever really live." If I ever have a child I don't care what her (or his if it's a boy) first or last name is (the last name can be that of my wifes maiden name, it doesn't make any difference to me, I might adopt her name myself when I get married (if it's a cool one)). But no matter what, the middle name will be Danger. No question about it. biggrin

smile Hi. Yeas, I appreciate the bf comming with me - but sometimes I do like to go it alone. Its about the only "me time" I give myself, so its more than just exercise for my body.

Im fairly sure I would have put on some muscle as I havnt exercised properly in so long. Im happy to build muscle a little - im not worried about that at all. And your right about not focusing on the scales too much. Its hard to not sometimes.

I was with furnwood gym for a year a while back and I learnt alot from them. Despite being so unfit through the most of my life, health and fitness has always been something that im interested in and so I'v always read a fair bit about exercise, diet and healthy living. So I feel I have the basics down pretty well. Im looking at developing a regular exercise schedual for myself as I need to commit to something otherwise it might all just get forgotten blush

Im thinking (per week) 2x 1/2 hour medium intensity cardio, 1x 20 high intensity cardio, 40 min light intensity cardio, 1x weights session, 1x flexibility session. This is to start off - for about 6 weeks, and then Ill change the track that im using for exercise and change the times and intensities. How does that sound to you?

Im out in the sticks tongue west of beenleigh. But I LOVE the parks in brisbane. Particualy toohey forest at nathan campus - griffith uni. I uesd to live near there and fell in love with that place. I prefer riding my bike through there as its something I live to do - but cant do much of here since theres no paved walkways.

Thanks so much - I was a bit down on the 700g's stuff but your comment was really motivational for me biggrin
