buy a jeep keyless remote off of ebay for like 25$. Follow the following little link and you might be able to make out with spending around $25 rather than $100.
And if that doesnt work then at least you saved money buying the remote. I would also recommend calling all the jeep dealers in the area. One of them has to offer the program service for free. Try the ritsy towns like Westport and Greenwich. Those people will bitch up a storm if they have to pay so they might just offer it up.
