SO baby girl stayed home today with a temp rising up and down up and down. Nursed her back to health. Love holding her in my arms and her needing me like she did when she was a wee one. I love every stage though it is just nice to get that glimpse into the not so long ago past that seems like an eternity...

Went out with friends and we were going to go downtown cause a lot of folks are in town with the movie here (Outcast, Macy Gray, Bernie Mac, Fishbone) but I was like fuck it let's just chill...and in this little bar in walks Norwood from Fishbone..sat down right beside me and we chatted it up all night. Fishbone, mmm, I think they're pretty much unkown in the Uk/Europe, but I too remember reading about them many years ago../ so you lost the guy out of Fishbone's number, well there's a story to tell your grandkids!

Went to dinner with my guru...lovely lady that has helped me through "it all" it seems. What I would have done without her. Life is so incredibly unbelievable. She reminds me that it is ok to have a handful of great friends..especially at this time when it is so important to create. I thank god for all the positive energy in my life..it is amazing...
