@chefbeth The ones I drink are called "Spike" they are all natural, you get them at GNC. All that is in them is caffeine, L-tyrosine(amino acid), Yohimbine (natural herb) and  vitamin B-12. I don't mess around with Monster or Red Bull unless I'm desperate...lol đŸ˜¨
