Went back home, said he was OK (obviously, he had had much worse experiences in his life as a punk legend & notorious junkie. His girlfriend woke up in the morning only to find him dead in the bed. Internal bleeding during the night.
Of course your accident was "lighter" but don't ever take any chances with things like that ! Get well soon.
