Time for the annual Harley Winter ride. Need to give the antique a bath and kick 'til my leg is sore[ real Harleys don't have electric starters]. The ride doesn't last long because, for some reason, I never remember how cold it feels with blue hands and ears. Hopefully I won't have to walk home.
Summer is for Vespa scooters, the ride of choice for little local trips. Vespas sip gas lightly and always get you home, old Harleys drink more gas than a small car and break like a steam train on a steep hill[ they really are more like a steam dinosaur than a motorcycle.
Hope everybody here and everywhere has the best year ever in 2011. We all need some good news and prosperity.
