Good run tonight, not fast but a good clean sweat. Need to work my way back to 10K, but a reasonable 5K is OK for now. Trying to convince myself to run the Marine Corp Marathon this October, but these old bones doth protest. No joint or muscle problems just more than a half century of dirty air passing thru these lungs must have left some trash in there. If I can get the wind I can do the distance. Think I'll make a few more red blood cells just to be sure. I know I have red blood 'cause it leaks out every time I work on a car or the lawn mower.
French grapes are a thing of beauty this year, hope I can get enough Chardanay for a batch of blanc. I'm purely a white wino, red doesn't like me at all. Have been known to drink a dark beer if the company is correct, but 99% wino here. Me and the vines are hopin' for some good rain tomorrow, things are a bit dry for this early in the year.
New Orleans was a quick fun trip, looking forward to a Winter trip, can't imagine how people lived there before AC, actually I've been ruined here too, gotta have 72 degF. all the time.

Grape vine - but it's all done, and the grapes are a burgundy color - Green would just be too much of the same colors...............It's all done and the vicodin allowed me to get the whole thing finished in one sitting!
