Greeting the little creatures of the night, I will send them home with handfuls of sugar, food coloring and many unknown harmful additives. If I give them apples and oranges and Kiwis they will discover how peculiar I really am, must maintain the illusion of normality as boring as it is. I would prefer to give them a glass of Chardenay, maybe too dry for them. Perhaps a Riesling would better serve their sugar needs. Parents wouldn't have any sense of humor about wine for Halloween, so I must resist. The rain will make the traffic a little light this year I fear.
