Good running weather tonight. No traffic on the track except me and the full moon, oh yeah, there were a couple coyotes in the distance talking to said moon, but they mumbled and I couldn't understand them.
Been kinda lazy lately, I'm hoping I can recreate the discipline of daily runs again, or at least 5 days a week. The cool night air should be easier than the August heat. My plan is to be up to 10 miles by next summer, I need that to start any actual marathon training. Right now I'm just training for the training.
Anybody know where all of our money went? The banks say they don't have it anymore. Many years ago a great philosopher named Frank Zappa was able to explain unsolvable mysteries by saying "it was eaten by snakes". Makes as much sense as anything else I've heard in the last few days. Frank, send us a sign!

You mentioning running at night with the moon makes me miss home. Night walking was so awesome with me & my doggie. But here in Philly its almost impossible due to cops, drunks, druggies, messy men & terrible stalkers...
But! I really love to power walk really super early in the morning, like right when the sun is peaking over the edge of the earth to start the day. I think its because of how crowded this city is (Philly people aren't really a nice sight to see either, eeesh) but I found out that mornings are best dealt with when you've just ran all around the block
