Productive weekend, trimmed many trees and bushes[some to the ground, figs will be back tho, they all froze down this Winter ]. Didn't lose any precious French grapes over the winter, all are budding and ready to grow, no grapes yet tho[another 3 to 5 years before the nectar flows]. Cherries, pears, and Japanese plums all blossomed without freezing, so much fruit this year, last year was a bust,'cause all the blossoms froze. Still need to build more vine supports, mostly dig holes and bury posts, boring and blistery.

Had a great run this evening, I'm nearly back to my pre-lazy lardass Winter levels again. Slow, but back to 10K[6.21 miles]. The speed will work its way back soon I trust. Apparently everybody has given up walking and running, I hardly see anyone on the path anymore, probably the same lardass defliction I had. Nothing like running to clear your head and make you forget all the assholes encountered during the day. They will always be there but if you can find a way to clear them out everyday they don't bother you as much.

Did everything I wanted to this weekend except wash the Nubian Cali [running horsey], rained anyway so it wouldn't have done much good. If my life only gets AFU once a year, I'm happy, can't expect much more than that realistically anyway.
