Well this years resolution is fitness intense: run-workout-run workout-run ... So far the plan is working, ran for about an hour this evening. I need to change my running scenery tho, running on a 400 meter track always has the temptation of short-cutting the laps. There is a 7 mile walk/run path near here, I may try that. Like everyplace else the roads aren't safe anymore since the advent of cell phones. They seem to cause moments of unconsciousness and flat people.[oh, I'm sorry your dead, but I had an important phone call, my lawyer said it will be alright tho] At least you can leave a good lookin' corpse. I'm hoping for an alternating run workout plan. I got a commitment from Madam and Jr to join me, but they defaulted today already. Running has always been a solitary thing for me anyway, and probably will continue. Running has always been a good time to think and burn off bad thoughts and make big problems shrink.
Saw "I am Legend" Sunday night. Excellent movie, I recommend it. Will Smith has finally started getting some real characters and he is credible, second only to Lawrence Fishburn for me. The character's hero was my lifelong hero Bob Marley. He reminded me that " The the people who are trying to make this world worse don't take the day off, so why should I ". And, I got to hear "Redemption Song" in its proper context. Make me miss Bob allot more tho.

I worked out for an hour and a half today! New Year's resolution is to get really fit and badass - even if I am 50 (
Just found out I'm on my way to hyperthyroidism - It's not bad enough to irradiate yet, but that's whats looming on the horizon - I just want to lose 10 lbs first though.
Gotta' have my blood checked every 3 months now, to keep an eye on my levels...........
Oh well - there are worse things.
