Ah... Thanksgiving in Ohio with the grandparents. What a wonderful experience.
Highlights included:
Super Walmart, southern accents and pick up trucks
Only 1 stoplight in the entire town of Sardis, Ohio
Main street is a stone road with houses on the right and the Ohio River on the left
My ancient grandparents still insist on driving even though they are going blind
I found a photo of my grandpa proudly holding up some dead squirrels that he killed
My cousin grabbing and rubbing my brother's buff shoulders and purring into his ear 'I wish my husband had muscles like you!'
All my aunts and uncles are on their third marriages
My cousin was married at 15, divorced at 16, has a kid, is not married, and lives in a trailor... She had the audacity to ask my sister "Are Alexis's boobs real?"
