I've been called many things; most of them are not very nice, so i choose to forget those alternative compliments. If any of you know how to do that easily, please tell me. I would rather remember the genuinely nice things people have said, but that's like holding a moment of time in your hands...
You will probably call me sad, but one day I was driving alone down the motorway and feeling disorientated because I knew I would be away from the one I love for a few days. This always distresses me for half a day or so, then I work my bits off to make sure I get home early, which is a nice surprise for both of us even if it is 2am...
On that particular day I turned the radio on the disctract my miserable thoughts, and in the hope that I would find something there that was more life enhancing or challenging. I found something that - to my amazement - was very widely played on radio and TV, yet I hadn't heard it before and - until just now - haven't heard since.
