Man, I really wish the NHL lockout would end. I'm not really into basketball; I actively dislike baseball; I love football only if the Steelers are playing; but I can watch any friggin' hockey game. But they ain't movin' nowheres. The owners want a salary cap, the NHLPA don't, and it don't look like the twain are gonna be kissin' soon.
The tax man has been giving me a good fisting this week. First, I got a $180 bill for taxes on restaurant equipment - equipment that's sitting in storage and not earning me the money to pay those taxes. Then yesterday I got the tax bills for my vehicles, something around $417....
All these red-state muthafuckers bitchin' 'bout paying taxes, when us childless (and happily so!) liberals are paying for their brats to get a eddycashun!
Ahh, now I feel better. Ok, I'm off to be the wizard, the wonderful wizard of, er, C++....

you are an aspiring restaurantur? or a former one?
my hub works for Turner and all Turner employees get free tix to Braves and Thrashers games. actually what you get are coupons redeemable for tix. we never use ours. thats a hint, by the way. let me know if you ever want to use some.
