Today is my Dad's birthday so I've headed up to the parents for a family meal
The fresh air and the exercise should be good for me and I wanted to get out the flat and get some fresh air after being cooped up all weekend. All I got left of my cold now is some snuffles and a hacking cough. The snuffles is fine the cough mind you is pretty nasty less a gravediggers cough more a landscape gardeners cough as there is a lot of greenery!
Later I think I'll update my pictures as I've grown a beard recently and it totally changes how I look.
As promised is the following self-shot picture its not that bad since I am not very photogenic and never done a self-shot picture before on my phone
