I haven't been able to sleep. Last night I got about 7 hours, which I think might be more than I've gotten combined since Sunday night. I didn't feel so good when I woke up today, either, I was all stuffy and sweaty and groggy, like I was sick and still asleep... but then I couldn't get back to sleep. God hates me. I thought I was better by Tuesday night. I'm supposed to get wasted at the beer garden tonight, but I don't know how much I'm going to be able to drink. I'm tired. I think I need some meth. Wait, that stuff is bad for you.

Edit: Oh yeah, I forgot to mention... you know those new aluminum beer bottles that claim to keep your stuff cold better than glass? Well, when I heard that I called bullshit just like everyone else who knows anything about specific heat, but you never know, right? Today my mom, who is a chemistry teacher, finally got ahold of one of the bottles and did an experiment. She filled an aluminum one and a glass one with the same amount of cold water and put them in a warm water bath to simulate being held in your hand and took the temperature of each at regular intervals to see which stayed coldest. The aluminum one lost. Hard.

Whoever thought an aluminum beer bottle would insulate better than glass was on crack. A lot of crack.

I want to get a new tattoo, but I need someone to draw it for me. I have the basic design down, but I need someone to give it some flare and depth; if you have any recommendations for PDX tattoo artists who do a good classic style tattoo, let me know. I'm thinking that instead of coloring my hair and getting an IUD for my birthday I'll just go for a tattoo. It'll mean more.
