The only withdrawal I ever had was from a person. I was dating a girl, didn't see her for almost a month. She was on vacation and just having some time to herself. The weekend she came home, I IMed her. I missed her very badly, so I was going to ask her to go away with me the next day. I thought we could go to Gameworks and out to eat. but before I could ask her, she dumped me.

So about your pain meds is it possible to switch doctors. Or at least threaten to? The thing I have learned is these doctors are providing a service and they do not want to lose your business. Just say hey look I will take myself and my medical history somewhere else. They never believed I was in pain till weeks later and the swelling had not gone down ( and I threatened to leave). Now they give me everything I ask for. But anyway. My situation is not really as dramatic as I guess I make it sound. Like I have always said it could be A LOT worse. The bitch of it is no one really knows what starts it or what stops it. It is a, " Well let's see what this does" kinda thing. Which I assume is the same thing you are going through. The bone damage is not as bad either. It doesn't show up on the regular X-ray just on the actual bone scan. So this is a good thing. And is it just me or did the new ASH set just fucking melt all that was holy around you? Gotta go......... wink smile

We might have more in common than you think. I'm a tree-hugger, organic-farm supporter, and nike-boycotter too. Not a vegetarian but I do try to eat free-range meat. smile

Libertarianism to me is mostly about trusting individuals and local communities to solve their own problems better than others can. I'm opposed to big government but also big business. In my most idealistic moods I think what's wrong with the world is not that the wrong people are in charge but that anyone's in charge---the tendency to form centralized, hierarchical systems of control is a disease against which the human race should be vaccinated. The desire to hold political office should instantly disqualify you from it.

How could anyone not get Shonen Knife? I can't wait for that show. The last time I saw them was in 1999, I think.

Where in California do you live? I have family in the Bay Area and go down there a couple of times a year.

The "49 degrees" picture goes with this journal entry.

Know what's weird? I have a masters and don't even remember the title, cuz it was almost as fucked up as yours! It was in Industrial Psychology and was about the effect on cognitive and motor processes of viewing positive and negative stimuli (in the form of news broadcasts).

King's short stories are his best work. If you haven't read "Everything's Eventual," get it immediately. One of the stories won the O. Henry Award, which is a big deal.

As for "The Raft," everyone knows that in horror stories, sex leads to death.

Hope you get down to a 4 or 5 tomorrow. kiss
Our diseases are actually pretty similar, except in my case the ulceration is in the small intestine.

We were created in the same lab experiment. I got both the brains and the good looks. He got the bits they put in those yellow hazzard bags.

Yummy!

I hate Bush too. I hate Blair. But I just can't get enough of those Dorritos! Thank you America!

vanilla mint toothpaste is definitely rad.
IC doesn't sound as rad. :/ a lot of doctors are really fucking retarded, despite the extensive schooling.

I know what you're talkin about. I've got an incurable autoimmune thing. And yes, I too am kicking ass. Rock on sister. kiss
