The United States Army:

Here's how the Army works:

1) Scare the shit out of the soldier
2) Scare the shit out of the family
3) Take everything back

It turns out that by brother's unit is divided into three groups of 20...60 total for those not mathematically inclined. The first 20 are going, second 20 maybe and third 20 are (possibly) not. Because my brother has been selected at the bottom 20, there is a possibility that he is not going to go.
