About 5 years ago my friend Ryan Hastings died in a really big car accident. He was driving with his girlfriend home from debate practice in the middle of a huge rainstorm when a truck crossed the dividing line and slammed into his car head on. I remember the last thing I said to him was "See you tommorrow." I've always regretted saying that, and ever since then I've never used it with anyone. I always say something like "be careful", or for people to whom I'm close i'll just tell them i love them.

*hugs* I've never lost a close friend, but I always make a point of telling people I care about that I love them.
