Firstly, no apologies needed for all caps, it should be that way! For me, your most profound statement is "I miss the person I needed you to be"... it's an unanswerable cry for help because it's very true that you'll never know that person, and that angst has to be debilitating for you. I'm so sorry such deviance was foisted upon you without any proper tools to understand it, let alone manage it on your own. An extreme High Five for the progress you've made, and may I wish for you to never go so deeply dark into your thoughts without reaching out to, what I also hope is, a fruitful support network. Peace, Most Precious One.

sometimes in life the people that treat you the best are total strangers...& family is the people that love you no matter who their mother & father are...those are the people that will be there for you no matter what & show you love while letting you be the person you want to be...sometimes you have to let go of family to find your true family :D
