I'm so sick of these stupid South Africans bitching and whining about how white people don't belong here. I have absolutely nothing against people of different races, I have really awesome friends who aren't white, but it's so unfair that white people who had absolutely nothing to do with apartheid is being punished. I just saw this article called Kill the fucking whites now and I just think it's so rediculous. Even though it's not something I would worry about particularly, we've been hearing about things like this for years, but it just makes my blood boil. The government goes on and on about this "Rainbow Nation" bullshit yet white people get the blame for everything that goes wrong in this country. Get the fuck over it, you've been running the country for 16 years now! They're like kids, tattletales, grow the fuck up, you've had the upper hand over everything for long enough now. Parvenus.
Sure, I guess this blog is controversial, but I'm feeling quite bitter about this country since I had a taste of it's shit myself. Kill all the white people? Why not kill the motherfuckers who shoot at the citizens? I'm so pissed off, because in South Africa we all know no one will get caught. Six men attacked us, but the chances that even one of the SIX gets caught is like 1%. WTF!!!! And also it pisses me off that something like a hijacking killing won't even make a community news paper, because it's not big news. The 6 guys killed a guy last week (the cops suspect the same gang), just killed him and left his car - but that also wasn't in the smallest newspapers...
OK, bitching aside. I'm doing well, my friend can already walk and he's allowed to drink apple juice today and all his blood tests are good. Thank God.

I am sorry that your government isn't actually doing anything to help bridge the gap between the races. And also that they aren't doing anything to stop the violence in that area.
The sad part is that all the violence and hatred is just going to slowly kill the country. Economy will get worse, violence and hatred will continue to grow, and education will decline.
Blaming the whites is going to be an easy answer for awhile. And 46 years of apartheid is a pretty heavy burden, even if your generation had nothing to do with it. Obama was two when King had his "I had a dream speech". It might take another 30 years for politicians who are truly "post-apartheid" to show up.
I don't blame you for feeling the way you do, though. It's a horrible situation. It's easy for me to take the long view thousands of miles away where no one is trying to carjack me.
