The events since the last time I write have been immense and abundant. So much so that they cannot all be listed here by any stretch of the imagination. So how about the highlights?
- Saw some fools from San Diego which was awsome. I saw my future apartment mate's little brother - Jason - he is the most amazing 16 year old I have ever seen. He can hang with the big boys, and not in a drinking or drug using kind of way. He is just an awsome dude who could get along with anyone ( unless that person is a total asshole, lame ass, cock sucking, whore faced, bitch of a person cooch) these people could never get along with Jason, he would just be too much awsomeness for them. Also anyone who hates Disney movies and songs would dislike Jason. But enough f the scum suckers who would dis-like Jason. hanging out with him is nothing but fun, from trips to Safeway to attempting to clean up spilled Birthday cake ice cream. He is a delight to hang with and I'm stoked that he will be staying in the house I live at every time he comes up after May.
- Second said SD person was Nichole. Nichole is the most beautiful person anyone will ever lay eyes on. There was a bumping party in her honor where everyone who was cool form last year showed up. There was drinks, drugs, water guns, Simpsons DVDs, hamsters in luggage, M-80s, M-80 slingshots, and cops who didn't give two shits about any of it. The party bumped and we bumped with it till I left at about 2am for some carnal pleasure. Although talking was brief it was great to see Nichole's beauty once again and have some brief catching up periods, its hard to catch up when everyone in the place wants to talk to her.
- I've played some extreme games of circle volleyball with awsome people. I've found I still have some of the skills I accumulated over about 9 years. It makes me want to play in some sort of organized way again. Hopefully I'll be able to fit the volleyball class into my schedule next semester.
- I officially quit being an RA because my boss and many others in this department are total bitches. How I've stood these people all year is a mystery, although I think it has to do with the knowledge that I have't actually done any work this year and have sucked the pigs for all they are worth. Now that they have nothing left to give me, I'm moving on before they ask for anything in return. Unfortunately now I'll have to pay money for a place to live. NOT TO FEAR loyal fans, if I have to pay I will only pay for the best place this city has to offer me. That is in fact the house on 11- Crespi. And I in fact will be living there with two of the coolest people on god's green earth. Everyone involved, or who will be remotley effected by this move is nothing but excited, no one (especially me) can wait!
- It is my girl firends birthday today and I got her some stuff she really liked. I dont care about much, but I really was worried she wouldn't like what I got her, but she did and I was so relieved, the kind of relieved you are after taking a shit after a week of constapation, or coming down off a speed binge - the feeling of knowing that it is finally over and there was no permanent damage can never be topped, until you fall into the same old traps and experience them again. The kicker this round I think was the gift I MADE for her, two of them in fact. the simplest things to make got the best reaction. If you take a vinyl record and put it in the oven for about a minute at 300 degress you can mold it into any little old thing you want. I made a little ash tray out of a 7" that had a news report on the moon landing recorded on it and a little bowl/tray out of an old hip-hop single that didnt even play anymore. These are neat items and most who appreciate cleverness, originality, and artsiness they are a great gift.
- My Laser Disc collection continues to grow. I've been able to get quite a few little goodies. A few cannibal movies that were never released on DVD, was able to complete the Mariachi trilogy w/ Desperado on LD, and got the Spawn animated series first season - which led to me buying the 2nd and 3rd seasons on DVD for $2.99 and $3.99,respectively . However there are some nice box sets and rarities on LD that I want to get, but would actually have to lay down some dough for. Things like the Dawn of the Dead directors cut (but this will drop in cost since the DVD is coming out soon), the Evil Dead II Blood Red Disc, the Pulp Fiction Box Set, and the Raging Bull Box Set. I get paid about $400 on the 15th. I have however committed myself to buying records with this money, and of course paying for what needs to be paid for. Man I don't know where to piddle my money away, my worries are ridiculous, life is great!
