Wow. Where did the time go?

Had a good Christmas and New Year. My mum came to visit for three weeks so the kids had a new distraction during that time. She survived, but I think she'll need a few weeks to recover back in her quiet, empty house

This is supposed to be a quiet time of year for our business. Traditionally we don't see much, if any, work come in over the December and January period. Not this year. I have three web sites to have established by Monday next week, another large gallery site in the pipeline for delivery over the next 5-8 weeks, and I just took an order for another site over the phone just now from an existing client. WTF? It'll be nice having some extra cash this month, however I was looking forward to a bit of downtime as well :/

Took the family down to Victor Harbor on Monday just to escape for a day. It's always awesome seeing the penguins. Rode the horse drawn tram out to Granite Island, BBQ'd by the beach, and all came home with sunburn to show for it It was a great, but tiring, day.


Life isn't always this hard






I want to go camping soon. Back to work for now though.
