Two more days, and this decade sees the beginning of the end of my 30's...
Today though is Spike's bday!!!! Well more like the day we took him home from the shelter, so I went a little, uh, crazy and bought him treats, and two outfits for the bbq/bday celebration... one is a terrycloth robe (like in the ritz carlton) and the other is a hoodie... stopped to get a present for someone else... and donated money for the wonderful people of N.O. (and thanked the cashier for asking - she made a difference!)
A sad day when the man in charge waits two days before cutting his vacation short, and then has the balls to make the statement that he's doing a flyover to "inspire the people". Drop some food and water (no wait just hang out for four days so the people turn into animals).
Go Kanye West... you rock for your comments on TV. Say it like it is... they might have cut it from the west coast, but it lives forever on tape. And in our hearts too.
One more political rant... we can inpeach a president for lying about a personal affair, but we can't impeach for a president letting babies die in the street - in America? Get out and call your senators... make them listen to us!
Lastly, donate - even one dollar helps. Even a dime. Or some time... it all adds up.
