ok will have to be quick - dog sitting in my office for another dachshund (so in total with my partners, three red tweenies)...

yesterday was different - worked from home... but two things highlighted the day...

1) SKUNK WARS! So I am out (at 11pm) walking my dog... who coming back to the house starts running and barking furiously... next thing I know - his tail is fully erect! Like a little lightsaber... then I spot his opponent! A baby SKUNK!!! Who is also tail up in the air... so now my goofy dog decide to go and attack... his response? The skunk spins around, and gets ready to fire... at this point obi-wan daddy reaches down, and quickly yanks Jedi Spike to safety! Darth Skunk hops away backwards... goes on to my backyard where he begins digging in my lush lawn (finally), until I pull the Jedi mind trick (also known as the hose) out and spray him until he runs under my shed... whew - no one sprayed!

2) Dr Endo... ok so its five years from when I was diagnosed and treated for the big C... we started the round of tests that will determine if I can say cured, as well as survived! More to follow on that front... at the office, one of the most incredibly beautiful women was working... wonder if she had any tattoos... which would make her even more stunning. Glad to know that in the face of illness, my priorities were straight!
