ok so its almost time for the gym (and as a few people know) you have to be a nutjob or be dedicated to go on friday... weather is beautiful out - think I will take the chick magnet (I mean dog) to the beach in greenwich on sat and go for a run...

just wondering if there are any really good movies out there... would love to veg in front of a movie screen...
