Ok so quite a while since my last post... Cali was great! Lou Ferrigno isn't just a personal trainer, he's also a super nice guy... and vegemite and I had a blast!

The High Holy Days were nice, of course, nothing but sadness in the news... what's up with teenage boys losing their minds and shooting people? Especially young girls.... sickening really. One question comes to mind reading the newspapers... why?

hey man , thanks for support of our beloved country, and showing support for troops over here. means a lot to the guys here. i say guys because i am not around any girls. i think they wont let them in the city where i am at.
