Wednesday,
ok so from last week:
Friday... stayed home to rest my back... slowly but surely it gets better....
Saturday... went to acupuncturist - wow. feels so good! Then off to the new office to start moving! The rumours are true we're off to a new company! One of the guys here and I are forming a new company... and my new title is president. See I told my mom I would be president someday... lol
Sunday... first off to NYC to help my brother with a 175 gallon fishtank.. omg it was fucking heavy. Then after removing all the water, off to ct to drop it at the new place (thankfully we didn't remove it)... then more moving of stuff, until at last everything was out. Then dinner and a movie from the lovely vegemite.
Monday am - what was going to be the end of my time at my present company starts off with us losing our beautiful Penny bunny. Luckily, we got to her just as she started to go... as the last light left her eyes, we held her close and stroked her fur. We brought her on the bed, and she left us while her little body was between us.
I got her from a college student who couldn't keep her in a dorm room. She started life with me (and vegemite) by living in my room at my ex-wife's house. From there she went to stay at vegemite's, until I came to live there shortly thereafter. She wheezed and couldn't remember to keep a pee spot clear from her food, but she was a beautiful light in our lives. I will never forget you Penny, your little wheezing each night as I went to sleep was a comfort that I will miss until we see each other again on the rainbow bridge. Thank you for always loving me.
My resignation was easier than I thought. Especially after losing my baby.
Sick today. No surprise.
