nipple piercings are differnt for everyone, no two people have exactly the same experience, but I can tell you what happened for me. My nipples are hard more often, the bar really increases the sensation, so they are more sensitive to stimulation (I cant wait until they heal so I can have people play with them). unless the piercing fucks with your nerves, I think it just makes sense that it would causes your nipples to harden more.. I mean, you have a fucking bar through your nipples, and that creates more surface area and thus more stimulation of the nerves. thats my unnecessarily scientific and probably completely inaccurate description for you.
also, my nipples appear to be hard more often becasue the piercing makes them poke out more.
