So I just was at my first Star Trek convention in San Francisco. I got to meet Leonard Nimoy and talk with some of the other fans. I had a hard time trying to get to the hotel because I went to and checked into the wrong hotel. So I had to unbook and find my way around the city to get to the right hotel. But I finally did and everything was ok after that. Leonard Nimoy talked for an hour about his acting career. I found out that he played an indian on various westerns before he did star trek. I bought a couple of shirts and a Next Gen jacket which cost me $180.

Yesterday I went to a St. Patrick's day party with the singles group that I'm a part of. The singles group is called Events and Adventures. There were several people there but I didn't get lucky. Well there will be other events. Actually I'm more interested in finding a girlfriend rather than just hooking up. I lost track of how many beers that I drank but I stayed in a hotel so I didn't have to drive home drunk.

This weekend I will be going to a house party with the singles group. Its going to be pot luck and so I have to go out to find some side dish to bring. There will be a BBQ and lots of beer.
