So there's this website called Melosity. It was created for musicians to collaborate over the internet, share ideas, etc.
Cool thing about this is that I hooked up with J.P. Kallio, a guitarist from Ireland who I normally follow on social media and he was looking for musicians to collaborate on his original music!
I figured I might as well try it and see what can come of it.
That was 2 weeks ago. Now I'm currently working on drum parts for the 4th session with him. I'm really glad he loves the ideas I'm bringing to his music, as I always try to think of different ways to approach his music.
