So I'm pulling my hair out trying to come up with ideas to keep my kid busy during Spring Break... any ideas? I'm all for the Playstation, but geez... he's only 6 and he LIVES on there. With the baby (she's 2 mo) there's not a whole lot of activities I can take him to, and my attempt to start saving $$ for Christmas keeps us from a lot of shit too. His brother, (Ry is 4) totally keeps himself busy all day while Johnathan's at school and this week he's jumping on the "I'm bored" bandwagon...
Geez...
On top of it. I'm hiding under a pile of essays and quizes that need to be completed by this weekend for MY classes and I just don't wanna.
Well... that's all for now. I think they've decided on football in the backyard, so I'm going to go kick it with the kidos...

I'm in the same boat as you with the children boredom. My son (he's 4) is very active and so is his two year old sister. However, I can't really take them out during the day because it would be hard for me to keep track of them with toting around a one month old. On Fridays I take the kids to my mom's house to play in the backyard all day. My husband and I are thinking about sending our son to preschool so he can play with other kids his age and learn something that isn't on Noggin
