So my two weeks of having to handle the admin department au solitaire are now over. Hopefully I've made a good enough impression for the powers that be here to extend my contract. Fingers crossed.

Tomorrow I am going to see this band. I am quite stupidly excited. Is that really so wrong?

Have been listening to Billy Idol's "Devil's Playground" a lot in the last week and have come to the conclusion that the man is quite frankly a lyrical genius. I enclose some evidence of this below.

The fact that he also sings all of these lines while keeping a straight face I believe surely makes him a modern music icon of our times. God bless ya Mr Idol.
