It's funny. I'm watching Miami Vice at the moment and so far I really haven't gotten into it. Everything seems over done. Colin Farrell is just plain annoying but I'm coming up on the end... and it just re-iterates the importance of music in my life. I have been up all night... I was working on getting my other computer up and running so that I have a backup for when I am dismantling my main workstation... so that means i was just getting out of bed 24 hours ago to goto the gym. As I say... i haven't been engaged at all by this film... but on this last section they are using a piece of Mogwai music that just sends me to pieces. I have had a good night... nothing at ALL to complain about and yet with the sound of the piano of Mogwai resonanting in my ears I completely fall to pieces again for no apparent reason. I love that music is so important to me but I also hate that it can influence my mood quite as much as it does.

And with that I'm going to try and watch the remainder of this film and then perhaps put on SuperUnknown by Soundgarden since Chris Cornell has featured prevalantly throughout the soundtrack.
