I have been wanting a specific tat for years now. I have not gotten it due to being leary of some artists lack of real talent. I live in upstate SC just south of Chatlotte, NC. I know there are alot of palors in my area. I know the tat I want will have ALOT of detail and some tats I have seen from the area artists just don't have the talent needed. So....if anyone in the Charlotte, NC area (or close to it) can give references (with pics of work prefered)...hit me up here.
