Christmas Shopping

another unproductive day in the chronicles of truancy that are my life. I think having all these breaks has made me spoiled. I need to get motivated so I do well on my last papers and tests ... I feel like I'm walking the last lap of the timed mile in middle school.
I met girlrobot today with Alohra. She is cute! We did some Christmas shopping. Powells was horribly discouraging. There are so many nice heavy books with compelling titles and artsy book-jackets. How do you choose? I ended up buying lots of stationary and books, some smutty, some not. I love Countermedia, the best ever vintage/new/rare adult book/magazine store ever in the universe. Got a few items for me too on the racy side of things. If you're who they're intended for, you'll be seeing them soon.
Speaking of which, I got an exited phone call from Boy who is moving into a house with his friends. He's also got exiting snow-related job stuff that could become a real thing and it's really great to hear things are looking up for him. i miss that kid.
This makes me wonder what the fuck I'm going to be doing with myself in the near future. I need to find a fucking job, so I can pay for summer school, and I need to figure out where I'm going to live next year. It's a big dark cloud hanging over me, along with unpaid debts to my old apartment. Buy me money for christmas. Or a scarf or something to keep me warm next year when i'm homeless.
