Very fun times last night. My sister played an excellent show, I booted a girl from the bar cause she was a bitch (horrible woman, everyone, except the people she was with, wanted to kill her, so I did them all a favor), and I drank enough vodka to take me down a few levels of stupid. And then I sang a wee bit with my sister. Good times.

Right now I am dealing with the Swiss. I am so glad this one speaks english well, I was getting tired of attemping communication through a large barrier. German sounds nothing like English. Tonight I rest, it's been a long week, although I think I might go to the gym before I rest.

Just on another happy note, we received a decision from a judge today on a preliminary injunction hearing, and I can honestly say, it is great to win. We did so well that the judge made this statement in his order, "[defendant's] have a negligible chance, if any, of recovery on the merits." That basically was a great big fuck you to the other side, and it just made my day. I am sure there will be a huge write up in the sports section tomorrow about it (hopefully in both the Herand and the Globe).
