I AM SUCH A FUCKING IDIOT. I had my driving test today and guess what... I lost my bloody paper counterpart of my license so couldn't take my test. I could find everything else, which was all where I put. Except for this one bit I needed... so pissed off at myself, especially since I made the effort to try and be more organised, so I don't lose stuff anymore.
To top it off I was fixing my bike. I needed to use my hammer for it and got to hit stuff which made things a little better. Anyway while doing this I managed to hammer a chainring behind the nail of my thumb.
May as well rant some more. Went out on Friday, had a great time and set a couple of my friends up with blokes. Although I shouted at one of them that I wasn't her boyfriend. We were only dancing close to try and get the fucker that was making rape eyes at her all night and following her about. She even told him to fuck off. Anyway in the bar we were after the club there was about 4/5 girls including my mates and about 40 boys. They were loving it, but the next day my housemate was 'oh I see why you get frustrated meeting girls now, there aren't any in Leeds' . Its just weird at the mo, there does doesn't seem to be anybody I fancy in Leeds when I go out (excluding a couple I do, but know that they have boyfriends)
Anyway talking about girls still, On saturday, the girl I am shagging (its nothing more, we have talked about it) sent me a text that said 'come take me up the bum bum' so after a few text back and fore to find out when she back back from her night out. It turned that 'come take me up the bum bum' doesn't equate to her inviting me round. Sounds like bloody specific invite to me....
Anyway good things have happened too, I saw my 7 year old niece dance at a local carnival. She forgot some of the steps but it was cute and she was grinning all the time. Awesome day.
I have been asked to write for my mates website. It not up and running yet, but it's not kinda gonna be a bit liked cracked.com , but more english. Anyway I am pretty excited about this, but also a but scared. I haven't actually done any creative writing for ages. I did an Engineering degree, so yeah I think I am gonna have to write a dew fake articles just to get into the swing of it.
My tattoo has healed up nicely and is looking fantastic.
I have put in my 'expression of interested' at taking voluntary redundancy at work. I also talk to my dept manager and I think he wants me to take on more responsibility and make my role more interesting. So I have truly left all my options open as far as work goes and we will see what happens.
Built up my new bmx frame and will be going for a first ride on it tomorrow night if the weather holds out. Can't decide whether to put a brake on or not...
oh been listening to Imelda May, kinda rockabilly blues. Not normally what I listened to, but I am really loving her...
