I've lost 14lbs so far. Well impressed! Nice to see this exercise lark is working. I thought I would hate it but I seem to have been able to re-arrange my life around it. I thought it would be a right pain in the arse to do but you know what I dont really give two hoots! I'm back down to 15st. (210lbs) thats all that matters at the minute.
I have the rest of the year to get fighting fit again before I go on to terrorise the rest of the world.
If anyone has any recommendations as to things I should do when I travel then throw me ideas. Im up for just about everything. Im starting in California for a wee bit then down to New Zealand, then over to Australia and possibly up to Thailand and the Philippines to finish my trip. Although I would love to go back to the states on my return trip too, I totally fell in love with California when I was there last.
Love it!
Throw me ideas people and I hope you are all well.
