it's hard sometimes. There's these dumb weight plateaus that are so hard to get past.
I try to keep myself under 1800 calories but it's so hard. Vegetarian s a great way to go.
how long have you been doing that?

ahhh, do you still miss eating meat when you say it's harder, or do people put you down for it sometimes?
I did the no meat thing myself for a couple years, I just ended up missing it too much myself. I know it can be hard.
