These slow overnight shifts that I get about once every other week give me too much time to think. I start to analyze things in my life and sometimes it's beneficial and sometimes it's not. Last night I thought a lot about my boys and if I'm a good enough father. I thought about the things I do and the things I don't do and just critiqued myself. I think I'm a good father I probably just need to things be. I just want to make sure they have an amazing life.
