my roommate get me a red "team zissou" beanie. it's fucking awesome. i think "the life aquatic" comes out on tuesday or something, and i think they're giving out the hats when you buy the dvd. i got one first though. not that that means anything. i just think it's really cool. i remembered watching the movie when it first came out and wanting to try to find a red beanie like the ones in the movie. they're so...lame...looking, but awesome at the same time.
incidentally, the same roommate also told me that as far as the new pope is concerned, lots of catholic people are divided... i'm not up to date on these kinds of things, nor am i religious, so i don't really know what to make of that.
all i know is that the hasidic jewish rapper who was on jimmy kimmel live is one of my favorite things i've seen on tv in a while. jewish rapper guy...
that and that strange german guy on comedy central who has the show where he travels around the world doing stuff. he wore big clown-style feet in some temple in asia where you have to remove your shoes, and in ireland, people kept smashing glass bottles and pintglasses on his head for no reason. it's funny to me. it's so dumb, but genius at the same time. *shrug*
anyway. i'm out for now. the cats are going fucking crazy right now for some reason. i just fed them cos no one else here does...they're not even my cats. go figure. see ya.
