i'm still very much awake at this time of the night. i slept all of yesterday away, waking up last night around nine pm. i understand that it's really lazy, but at the same time, i wanted to enjoy my day off, so sleeping was the way to go about it. i imagine i could have just as easily gone to skate for a bit, or paint, or hang out with friends, but instead i just decided to stay asleep. i fell asleep with my contacts in, and my eyes were burning when i woke up around five pm, so i figured, fuck it.

i went up to work today to buy a coffee, and with the exception of the people in this house right now, i think i saw every person i know and enjoy spending time with. right before i was going to leave, my sis and brother in law pulled up, with the babies in tow. i ended up buying them some coffee and cupcakes, spending almost all of the money i had found by chance in these pants.

my two nieces are so cute. i really just don't enjoy being around kids at all. i don't know why. they don't gross me out or anything, i just don't seem to get on very well with them. i'm sure a lot of people will tell you the same, but the youngest one has this way of staring past your eyes and then smiling that's so cute.

that's about how my night went. cigarette and then bed now. i have to be up pretty early to do laundry before work tomorrow.

i told this guy at work about this site. i don't think he was feeling it, he gave me this weird look (the kind i love getting from people),

me - "yeah, suicidegirls. it fucking rocks..."
him - "i'm so not into those porn sites..."

i mean, yeah there are naked people here...but i wouldn't think to call it porn. when i think of porn, i think of elbow deep fisting, shit videos, and strange men with giant cocks, their foreign accents emphasizing their superhero-ish sway over a group of equally strange, equally foreign women/girls... this, rather than reasonably tasteful pics of beautiful naked people...who dig good music and such... hmm...

ah, the ridiculous people i know in real life. i just finished smoking a bowl and now i must be off to bed so i can wake up and go do laundry, and then work. fun times, indeed.
