I'm back from my short-ass trip and I must say... It sucks having to come back to Fayetteville. I've been quite the picture-taking fool lately, though. Here's a bunch of pics for ya, both from Virginia and from the last few days...

Chilling with friends on... Wednesday evening, I think... I'm not really sure. Anyway...
I stayed up all night, packed some clothes and whatnot, and headed out to my parents' house. No one was awake except for my baby niece, Kaleena, so I took some pics of her at 7am while everyone else was asleep.

Pics taken at the hotel. My mum is about to head out to a book signing and I'm about to go get a coffee and browse books for a few hours, even though I work in a bookstore, making coffee... It's ironic that I work at a Starbucks cafe in a Barnes & Noble, here in Fayetteville... So what did I do in Richmond, Virginia? I went to a Starbucks cafe in another Barnes & Noble. I know it's stupid, but they were having a book signing, and that was the whole point of the trip for my mum. I just wanted to get out of Fayetteville for a little while. We both got what we wanted...
Here's Nora Roberts, my mum, and about 200-300 other people. I don't read Nora Roberts's books, and I've never felt the desire to, really. I still feel exactly the same way, sitting here... Apparently my mum DOES like her books though, so I tried to be nice about it, and not be stupid, for my mum's sake. Whatever does it for her, I guess...

Leaving Richmond. I wish I could have stayed longer. It's so much nicer there than it is here, in every possible way I can imagine. I hate being in the position of having to return to Fayetteville after a trip anywhere...
Bought a lottery ticket for the fuck of it. SG sticker on the front window. I actually stickered a few places, but didn't have the camera on me at the time... So if you happen to go to B&N or Kinko's in Richmond in the new few days, expect to see those little pink heart-and-crossbones everywhere. I'm sure someone will probably scrape/peel them off, but if they stay up for a few days, that would be awesome.
Back home at my parents' house again, taking pics of my other niece, Mya, and my mum, heading out to buy diapers or whatever it is that they were off to get. I dunno...
And on that note, I'm off to get ready to go to work. See ya.
