I'm beginning to love life more and more. It is such a gift. It is a gift I am giving myself all the time.

I see it more and more this way:

In the ultimate reality, all is One. But One cannot experience Itself unless there is something other than It. So It divides into many 'points of focus' to be able to 'look back' on Itself and all the parts of Its glory. And how can something be wonderful without something horrid existing? So the realm of the relative was created.

Life as we are experiencing it right now on this physical relative plane is full of contrast.

We each hold our own point of view. We control the lens. We have one moment. One picture to take. We can focus one way. The moment is now. Time does not exist in absolute reality.

We came here to experience all the joy there is in creation--both 'already created' and what we create in response to our experience.

There is love and joy in every moment, you have only to fiddle with your focus a little to find it.

I find that focusing my attention on anything that does not feel good is a waste of my moment. A blacked out picture in the middle of the roll.
