It always feels like that. Don't worry.

I believe for most of us, it's all cyclical-- just as things will inevitably decend into the sewer of chaos sometimes, entirely beyond your control, and you can feel how helpless you are in the face of it, you have to remember that they will also improve the same way eventually, and there's nothing you can do about it. It's always difficult to get sad people to look at it that way, but sometimes it's better not to resist when the prowling, nasty undecurrent comes creeping around your way. The transitions flow more easily that way.
Or just remember not to read your past journal entries, one of the two.
You guys are funny. I enjoy keeping up on your mischievous adventures.
Keep smiling and take care of yourself.
