mmm... good morning.
went to see the rah bras last night and saw a bunch of old providence friends I haven't seen in ages.
woke up early and had a breakfast of leftover tiramisu and brownies from my roomate's recent baking spree. since then I've been sprawled in bed under the blankets doing esoteric math problems and smoking, listening to cd's from people I met on tour. I'm feeling very decadent.
tour story:
Stopped in Aberyswyth, Wales to pee and eat. I was feeling antsy, so I climbed a tree in the middle of the parking lot and sat there for a while. when it was time to go, I began to climb down. Grabbed a branch and let my body fall it's full length in preparation to drop to the ground. As I did this, my shirt got caught on a branch and pulled over my head, boobies hanging out for all passersby to see. I was so shocked I hung there for a good minute trying to figure out what to do -- if I let go, I'd leave my shirt in the tree. I was laughing so hard I almost soiled myself. People were honking their horns, hooting and hollering. Finally I gained control, unclamped one hand, released my shirt and fell to the ground, crumpled in a ball of hysterical laughter and embarrassment. got a few nice bruises and a big scrape on my belly from the bark. hilarity ensued.
